This was a beautiful upscale McDonald's one of the nicest ones I've ever been to
This McDonald's is fine but they did not put napkins or ketchup That would be fine except they don't normally keep someone staffed at the cash register so it takes a while for someone to come from the back who eventually is there to take customer orders and then you have to wait in line (or interrupt someone) just to get napkins. Staff members are courteous and often provide great service, with someone like Vanessa at the drive-thru showing that good service is possible. However, the experience can sometimes be inconvenient. The restaurant often lacks napkins and ketchup, and staff is not always present at the cash register, leading to long waits of about 5 minutes to get basic items. There is no self-serve fountain soda machine, which makes dining less convenient and requires guests to wait at the counter. The inside atmosphere is cold and sterile, and the seats are uncomfortable. Although food is cooked well and orders are prepared quickly, wait times can be long, especially during breakfast, with some orders missing items. Despite these issues, the overall environment and service are positive, with a focus on takeout and drive-thru service.
