“Three letters.. W O W!The nachos were absolutely delicious piled high with everything and fresh is an understatement. The white queso was my favorite part, lol. Highly recommend the shredded beef on the nachos, just works great.The hardshell beef tacos were absolutely amazing. The beef has such a flavor I've never had it made my tacos the best I've ever had. There was plenty as the beef the fell out I used the complimentary tortilla chips to finish it off. The fresh, crunchy seasoned tortillas are superb.The salsa though... Forget Chili's, forget about chipotle or any of the mom and pop places or food trucks... Their salsa is hands down the best around swfl.Seriously, take the trip down to Gulf Coast town center and stop by for lunch or dinner. I tasted the other things in our party as well and it was terrific.You will not be disappointed. I'm a little upset I haven't been here sooner. We were given a gift card and decided to try it out. “This maybe the cutest location our of all the Tijuana Flats we eat in. Great patio and beautiful lake with wild life. The inside is all Tijauan Flats but the outside is beautiful Bonita Springs. Best service in town. Food came out fast and perfect. Everyone checked in on us twice. Great job! Had the double stack tacos to fill me up.“

We were seated in Allissa's (Cindy Lou Who) section and received great service throughout the meal and she was extremely social and on the mark with taking our order. “I'd like to leave a review on your site. I'm a Canadian and well, never cared too much for this type of food. It was either fast food or frozen at the store. Now after a few years of eating the succulent delights from Red Roc I can honestly say I love it. Try the sinfully delicious shrimp and chorizo burrito my favorite. Chicken is the bomb and so is the beef, done perfectly and always lean and fresh. People line up waiting for your truck to serve them and I know why. Everyone deserves a great meal from their awesome hardworking team. They can make veggie almost anything too. Bravo. Karen LeMay“

“BEST TACO I'VE EVER HAD!I'm definitely coming back,great service to.I got the hard shell taco with ground beef and lettuce I definitely recommend,They also give a free little bag of chips with or without salsa but if you want guacamole they charge you for that.Over all awesome place 5 stars!“
