They closeted at 9. Is 6:23 and have no donuts. How they survive. This restaurant was empty and not busy. Was very dirty. Very disappointed.

This location is pathetic. Service has been awful ever since their remodeling. Wait time in the drive thru is ridiculous! I've left with no service 2 of the 4 times I visited in a month. The two times I did get service, the bagels were rock hard! Not to mention I gave them back twice because the order was incorrect. How hard is it to give someone 6 bagels? On my last visit at 3p the coffee was old & burnt. Been patronizing Duncan since their inception. I'm so disappointed. This store needs new management.

I ordered 3 dozen donuts for my class on uber eats and the store accepted it. My delivery driver got there and they said they were low on donuts and would only give her six, even though she counted 36 in the case. They were very rude to her and my class was super disappointed.

Horrible customer service. Slow service as well. Stood there in line (wasn't that busy), only to be ignored and have them wait on another customer. Tgis isn't the 1st time I've had an issue at this location, but it will be the last time that I do. Find a local coffee shop that will appreciate your business and value you as a customer

I've had really good service here. Last visit, they didn't inform me they were out of items on my online order, handed me the bag and let me start to drive off. It wasn't till I questioned them that I was given info and a refund on items I didn't get. THEY WERE GONNA KEEP MONEY FOR ITEMS NOT AVAILABLE!!!

I know Dunkin is known for being inconsistent, but this location specifically is at the top of the list. I mobile ordered my new regular which comes with cold foam, giving 10-15 minutes to make it as I was driving to the location. When I pulled up the speaker box, I was just greeted with attitude and then when I got my order, there wasn’t any cold foam on top. When I asked “oh no this is supposed to have cold foam on top” the young lady basically snatched from my hand, and what looks like poured some of the drink out and put a thin layer of cold foam on too. It was overall just an unpleasant experience at its my one treat a week I give myself. Please either do better trainings or hire new staff.
