Delicious healthy foods that you choose from their generous menu each week. They are prepared, cooked, and all you have to do is heat them. Microwave single serve for 2.5 minutes and throw family size in the oven to reheat. My life couldn't be easier now. To me, it's well worth the time saved so that I can do something I love instead.

I also can’t follow directions so make mistakes in ordering which they quickly fix. Great customer service makes you want to go back for more. They have a great variety of choices for all situations. I ordered several meal options and then some bulk rice, turkey sausage and blackened shrimp. I am not a great cook so this gives me healthy variations in my diet and its so much cheaper than DoorDash. Big fan so far!
