The last few times we've been in has been difficult. They have been out of one or more items that different members of my family have wanted and today I went in and they were out of brisket. I understand being out of something every now and then, I've worked in restaurants before, but every time I go in it's one thing or the other.

EVERY single time we order online the modifications are completely wrong- most often for removing items (eg, No Mayo, No tomato, etc ). They always add any items that you remove and miss additions frequently. The staff are always friendly and will fix it but have to drive to store to do so. Haven’t ordered online once in the past year and the order been correct. Ordering in person is better. The food is great (once they actually make it how it was supposed to be made to begin with) just wish there weren’t so many issues with online ordering through the Firehouse website and Uber Eats. Would give 5 stars if they could start paying attention to the orders and stop putting whatever they feel like on the sandwiches.

I ordered my sub through DoorDash within the time frame given and after waiting for 30 minutes I get a notification that my order was canceled. No reason given. Horrible customer service here guys. If you for some reason can’t fulfill an order within the time frame you provided to DoorDash then you need to do something about it. I’ve been to this store numerous times since moving here and I can honestly say the quality is hit or miss. Unfortunately it’s the only store in the area. I am really disgusted with this issue. Thanks for nothing guys. If I could give you less stars I would.
After posting the above section I noticed that the store loves to send automated “your feedback is appreciated” posts. Obviously they don’t read the complaints or do anything about them. I hope my “feedback is appreciated.”

We walked in and were not even greeted. 3 people making sandwiches and not the first person said anything to us. We waited a few minutes and then left.

Last time I went there the sub was good but very small for a med and I waited forever this time I went in people sitting everywhere and no food in front of them so I would assume the only 2 times I have been there that they are not very efficient with getting food out on a timely manner
Worst Sub place I've ever been to, went in on Sunday afternoon for a pick-up, and they were ALMOST completely out of drinks at the drink machine, all they had was zero sugar, I've never had this problem at any other Firehouse locations, didn't hardly have any chips, had to ask the girl behind the counter for something that I ordered that she didn't put out. I than got home and couldn't even eat my Sub because it was so soggy, I wouldn't return here if I was starving to death. Terrible!

About 730pm stopped for a bite to eat in town family member in the hospital. Food was good but the drink machine was about 95% empty staff did not seem to want to refill it. Staff busy cleaning up for close.

Worst customer service in town, will choke down a subway sub before coming here again.
Good subs, but you will wait for a long time to get them. I have been in there 3 times and each time I had to wait more than 20 mins for my sub.

Visited on a Sunday at 1230. They were out of tea and couldn't serve sandwiches with roast beef. They told me they had roast beef, they were just too busy to slice it. The staff stayed busy and did their best to get through the lunch rush. However, why were they in this position to begin with? Lunch is busy, Sundays are busy. Management/ owner set them up to fail. And to add to the experience, only one employee wore a hat. No other person making sandwiches had a hat or effective hair restraint. Some of the things you notice waiting for your food to be made.
