So we've been here a few times now, and this location is consistently slow. Especially if you order online. They have a promotion going on today, so I guess that's some type of excuse today maybe, but it's consistently a wait each time. Today I've waited 35 minutes, and I'm still waiting. There's about 15 people waiting by the door for pickup orders (again probably due to the promotion). But this is unacceptable.Edit: 50 minutes now. If I could have cancelled the order I would have. Too bad they charge automatically once you place the order.

I just sat here waiting for our food (2 sandwiches) for over 40 minutes. Out of ice, out of bottled water, out of small and large cups…The staff was friendly enough but the entire restaurant was waiting for an excessive amount of time. I know this because we were all discussing our displeasure and the fact that there didn’t seem to be any worry, care or sense of urgency from any staff member (and there were approximately 6 people working behind the counter) . I will give y'all another chance but this experience left an extremely bad taste in my mouth.

New to the area, love Firehouse but I went to this location 3 times and 1 of those times the service was only decent. Another time I was waiting around for 20+ minutes for a sandwich and this last time (Today) it will be the last because I waited 38 minutes for a sandwich and found they had been sitting on it and they didn't even make it properly. The other things that I made note of is the fact that their soap dispensers weren't working in either men or women's restrooms and this leads me to wonder how their employees are meeting food safety regulations - at least they're wearing gloves. Note: I had previously brought this up to them on the first visit and all I have experienced since was an even worse experience.
