Ground Up has The BEST coffee and energy drinks! The owners, Katie and Jesse, are the kindest people you’ll meet and they run such a wonderful business. They bring so much joy and happiness to me and my family and the community. I love taking selfies with my drinks and telling my friends about them so they go and try the drinks for themselves.

We stopped at Ground Up off of Hwy 441 in Mt Dora and ordered a Strawberry Banana smoothie and an Iced Ninja. Both were absolutely amaaaazing! Literally the best I’ve ever tasted! We will be back!! Maybe even today lol!! Oh and I want to be sure to mention the genuinely friendly demeanor of the gentleman who took our order (thank you)!!
