Came here when they first opened and was not impressed. Second time even less so. Food is just average and not worth the hour and 20 minute wait. Staff was inattentive. More concerned about the larger group next to us who was seated after us. If you don’t mind a long wait for food, next to no service, average food at best then this is the place for you. The reason for 2 stars is because of the location/outdoor vibe. It is the best thing they have going for them.

Sorry but the Philly cheese sandwich was not good. Inedible. To their credit the restaurant provided a 2nd one but that too was filled with some type of fat or cartilage. Friend’s crabcakes were cold. They were out of the steak another friend ordered. Price a little higher than other places. Waitress was fantastic! Atmosphere very nice. Next time to the Hurricane Grill.

Parking: Crabcakes were delicious even though cold. Friend took hers home and had it for supper.

Sitting over an hour. Was told due to full house. Totale of 11 tables between inside an tiki bar. Couldn't remember why we haven't came here again. Quickly reminded. No reason for the long food wait. Taking this off our list. Deciding to open our new place on the lake to close this one down., oh and responding to your reply!!! I call bs, after over an hour and 3 other tables complaining an leaving thin, our food got ordered. Server then made excuses of it's packed ,so we counted the the tables, witch was 11 between upstairs downstairs an tiki bar. So now what's your excuse.

This is the second time that we’ve eaten here in six months. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. They have a beautiful location right on the lake with dockage. However, the service is awful. We waited 20 minutes to get drinks both times after ordering. We waited 45 minutes for mediocre food. At the tables around us, we heard nothing but apologies from wait staff to customers for getting orders wrong or the delay. There was zero communication as to why the delays. They will not get the third chance to disappoint.

Seafood platter. Had crab cahes, shrimp a d Mahi, Crab cakes not good. Mahi overcooked but shrimp small but tasted good.

There was a very loud table across the room in the up stairs section.The concrete floors and windows amplify the sound. They were so loud it was hurting my ears and I couldn't even talk to my date. We couldnt hear each other. Had to talk in between the yelling and laughing. Im guessing alcohol was involved. Suggestion invest in sound blocks to absorb sound. When I say it was loud the high pitch yelling and laughing made my ears ring. Not enjoyable.

Great place but service is atrocious due to staffing levels. Even on a Tuesday it's over an hour to get lunch for 1. Also please cover your mouth when you though instead of coughing in our drinks. Please

Absolutely overpriced. We had two cowboy burgers and let me just say if you are actually using real Angus beef then why did it look just like a patty from a frozen box, square, thin, and came from Costco? Thing weighed maybe 4oz. Also, the onion ring, was the size of a quarter, had to ask for more onions and the "lettuce" looked like a mixed green sporadic salad! I've had better burgers from Culver's and for $17.00 each that's 100% a ripoff. I'm nit saying g don't go, but if you do, expect great HIGH prices and low food expectations. Absolutely dissatisfied.

I was at the tiki bar yesterday evening and I enjoyed everything including the live music but I just found it upsetting that the owner was coming around apologizing for how bad the singer was and talking down on them when I thought they were actually pretty good and very sweet. I just felt that was very unprofessional and rude. Which is why I left, it wasn’t because of the music but because of the owner. Other than that Courtney and Alecia took great care of me and made sure to make up for the owners actions. I will only sit in their sections from now on.

Waited over 45 still no food ordered a drink non alcoholic 15 minutes later it arrived friend order a beer was room temp left because of not receiving food (did) pay for drinks plan to return once better established returned over a year later to experience the same thing again this place is a joke owner states they are not fast food but I wasn’t even able to place a food order at all either time again a year apart and states I should be speaking with a manager should both of my experiences here require management or should the restaurant staff be able to handle taking a food order on their own

45 minutes to get a fried pickle appetizer. I was angry. I complained to the manager. He said they were backed up. He offered me to look at the computer. I definitely didn't want to look at the computer. I don't care why I just want my food Then we waited an hour for our food.... Never again.

Met up with family and had a wonderful time! First time here
The food and service was great! We had the deep fried pickles and soft pretzel app, served hot! Everyone was happy with their meal. Good prices. Will definitely be coming back!

Arrived by boat Sat. Had to wait over an hour and a half . Waitress was not very friendly. Acted like they busy but place was half full. We even called ahead to see if there was a wait time. There was not. Never Return.!!!!!! Then I got nasty remarks back from Connie the owner.
