Food was alright but the fries weren't filled all the way. The time waiting in line was about 40 minutes. Staff had an attitude with us for asking questions about our order. Multiple people left the line while we were waiting. If we hadn't already paid, we'd have left too. Not a good experience. Won't be coming back.

This is the worst experience ive ever had, me and my boyfriend went to grab dinner here, and we sat and ordered at curbside for an hour for our food just for the lady to come out and say that she expected us to come in and get our food and thats why it took so long. We get to the house and he grabs the bag and the whole bag breaks and food goes everywhere, then he says his drink is missing alot of dr pepper that was very noticable and neither of us drank out of it til we got home. Id had alot of horrible experiences at this McDonalds and it would just be nice that since it is so close to the house if the workers would do their jobs correctly and with a better attitude and also make the orders correctly, the night before this i ordered a bacon quarter pounder with extra bacon and there was zero bacon on the burger and i paid extra as well... this was very upsetting to me, and whoever is managing their employees need to do better too

So sometimes they're on point here . But recently, like yesterday, I went and got a fish meal. The sandwich was absolutely old as could be and thrown in the microwave. The bread was rubbery and chewy like when you microwave it and the fish was so gross and old and hard. Like y'all knew that was disgusting and sold it anyways. That's not cool. I've learned basically every McDonald's is like this. Don't know how this business thrives all over the world when they hire lazy employees that clearly are ok with selling garbage to people.

My son and I went in today. We went to the bathrooms were tons of greasy handprints were all over the door. My son said there was hair and poop in the toilet and there was blood on the floor in women’s bathroom. We went waited at least 15 minutes in the lobby where we could see that every table in the restaurant was dirty drink machine had moldy spouts. My son said if the bathrooms and dining room look that way imagine what the kitchen looks like, and yea that imagine……cherry on top is that we both got bad ingestion
Zero out of zero. So disgusting I cannot believe they’re allowed to operate like that. Adding that we were the only people in the dining room at around 3pm

Also some of the employees there are rude. last time i order a mobile order and this teenage girl want to sit there and think that i didn't pay for it when it's a MOBILE ORDER like girl if you can't understand that, then idk what you doing.

Would deff give it zero stars if I could. Went through drive thru and had to wait at the window for nearly 22 mins to get food. Then to realize the food was made wrong. It was rung up correctly and the back of house just tossed together 2 sloppy sandwich’s. So I had to go inside then to show and explain to the manger that this is what I just waited 22 mins for. She was very nice and had then re-make the food but while inside the store the place is a mess!! Trash, fries, food, drinks, looks like whipped cream, splattered all over the floor through outt the lobby. Will deff not recommend this place to anyone and I deff won’t be back!
Kid-friendliness: Used to be great and colorful in the 80s a wonderful family place now it's so stale and modern lost its touch ,characters are gone 💔

The highlight of my visit was the incredible staff, especially the managers, Smari and Rosalinda. They were both so friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring that everything ran smoothly.
