I’ve done delivery a few times and they always forget the sauce. Also because of the way they packaged it my ice cream spilt everywhere. I won’t order here again

Food was typical McDonald's. Drinks available inside did not fully match what was available in the app / kiosk (fountain machine or behind counter). Restaurant was very clean inside and outside. Hand dryer in restroom seemed to be out of order and no paper towels as backup.

I’d like to give a shout out to the manager Twanda she is uplifting very welcoming i’m noticed a big difference since she has been manager. I am a DoorDash and I pick up deliveries here for the longest time. It used to take a long time for me to take it my order now the wait time is cut and have thank you Twanda for holding it down during very busy times

Drive-Thru is always quick. Sometimes. Food was okay as expected from a fast food place. Of course overpriced $12 for hamburger fries and a drink is ridiculous. It used to be family friendly and reasonable.

For at least 4 months every time I order a Dr pepper I get a diet soda instead. I've mentioned it several times and most of the time they say someone keeps hooking the diet to the Dr pepper hose, so they are aware of it but still can't fix it. Today I tasted my soda and told the girl it was diet, she merely poured out the diet and refilled the cup without changing the ice so it still tasted like diet. Isn't there a manager running this place? Seriously? Over 4 months and no one is smart enough to solve the problem!

Yet again, they mess up the order. I clearly asked for a STEAK egg and cheese bagel, and once again I get a BACON egg and cheese bagel. Someone fix their drive thru boxes or the workers need to fix their ears.
