We called to pick up 2 Full baby back rib meals on a Saturday we had asked if the $16 special was still going on and was told No. When we arrived we saw a sign for $16 for Sun-Wed so we should have been told that and we would have ordered the next day on Sunday.Also they put the butter, sour cream and bread in the meal box and the butter turned to liquid, the sour cream was hot and the bread was soggy and had BBQ sauce all over one side Yuck!!I called to speak with a manager to offer my suggestions he said I could have suggested the bread to be put separately and their special has been like that for years Well I am new to the restaurant and didn’t know. He really didn’t seem to care about my unhappiness with my order.

We are sooo... lucky to have Oakwood right here in Eustis. We've had some great BBQ in our lives, and Oakwood is some of the best. Wifey thinks their ribs (special $ during the week) are as good - or even better ! - than back home in Chi-town. That's a real compliment. Their pulled pork sandwich special (includes a side and a soft drink) is well worth it and delicious. Strongly recommend. Love their takeout. People are helpful and friendly.

A very nice country style down home place to eat. They run an anniversary Barbecue rib special which is medium size but inexpensive. For me they are not great on side dishes. So three stars due To limited side dishes and entrees that are enjoyable. Servers do not spend the effort to remember you and build a smiling relationship.

Had lunch with a friend as it was here suggestion and it was not a bad experience.The hostess sat us right away and our server was nice, attentive, happy to answer any questions and checked on us.We ordered the half rack special for the day which included and extra meat, Texas toast 2 sides (corn salad and baked sweet potato) and the BBQ chicken which came with 2 sides (baked sweet potato and mac and cheese) and Texas toast.Everything was tasty and it kicked the BBQ craving. We will keep it on pur rotation list.
