I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had today at this location, specifically due to how rude and unprofessional Karla was. I’ve been a loyal customer here, stopping in almost every single day and spending $20–$30 per visit — not to mention consistently tipping the staff.
It’s frustrating and disheartening to be treated with such disrespect after investing so much time and money at this business. I’ve likely spent $100–$150 a week here, but after today, I won’t be coming back. Karla’s attitude was completely unacceptable, and unfortunately, it ruined what used to be one of my favorite stops.
Management should seriously reevaluate the customer service standards at this location.
In response to the owner. I spent 800$ a month there. I understand your policy may have changed but maybe give a warning before so? Also, she was incredibly snarky and rude as can be. Clearly you’re a terrible owner if cutting corners is worth losing a customer that spends 10 grand a year there on smoothies.

So I have been going to this planet smoothie for almost 2 years and I never had the experience that I had today. I miss when the owners family member who use to work there but he’s in school now. So I go in today and ask for my regular that I’ve always gotten and I never had a problem. An açaí bowl with only mangos 🥭 and strawberries 🍓 and I would ask for the açaí to get filled up almost to the top and then add the strawberries and mangos, because I don’t get any of the other stuff. Why did this lady with purple hair give me attitude and charged me extra for the scoop. I’m Never going back!! I never paid $17 for a bowl that was ridiculous. And I loved that place.

Love this place, im a regular. My orders are always taken in with a lot of care no matter the person working. The drinks are always amazing and i never forget my acai bowl with a bunch of chocolate. The environment is so positive and just amazing to be in. At this point is one of my favorite places to visit in the world. The manager, adrianna is such an amazing person. She is kind hearted and always professional with a little kick of fun to it. I can tell she takes good care of her employees and just knows how to do everything right. Lets not forget how quick they be giving out those orders!!🤣🤣 i totally advise y'all to go with your kids, mine love it.

The worst service I have ever received, product terrible, almost 30 dollars for 2 small shakes and the girl that works there has the worst aditude that I have ever received, don't come to this place because I will never come back , they should be reported to the BBB, I regret so much to come in today, I should get my money back

Peanut Butter Punch and Mountain Man Crunch made smooth are my favorite smoothies made without the sweetener Stevia. My last visit on March 24, 2025 made my decision to pause my visits for another few months again. This location is a hit or miss. The previous 2 times I have visited this last month were good. This time my Peanut Butter Punch tasted like it had one too many scoops of Whey. It tasted like a bland cold smoothie with a hence of banana. I had already left the store was not driving back. Customer Service is pretty good. I usually have to remind them to enter my phone number for the Planet VIP Rewards Club. Most of the time I have only seen one employee working. This last visit there were two, but I feel one was in training. The store is clean, decor is festive for the holidays and the restrooms have always been clean. ~ Side note, Planet Smoothies are franchised meaning each store is independently owned and operated. With that being said, I have found the prices at this location are $1.50 higher compared to the Altamonte Springs location.

I come here almost everyday and everyday is the same story.. they always only fill the cup to about an inch below the top of cup because they are so stingy on product. For the price of one of these smoothies you would think they would at least fill the cup.. and their solution is to just add more ice and blend which makes the smoothie so thick and not drinkable. Really a scam… at least give people what they paid for.. management needs to adjust the recipes if they can’t fill the cup.
