I come here almost everyday and everyday is the same story.. they always only fill the cup to about an inch below the top of cup because they are so stingy on product. For the price of one of these smoothies you would think they would at least fill the cup.. and their solution is to just add more ice and blend which makes the smoothie so thick and not drinkable. Really a scam… at least give people what they paid for.. management needs to adjust the recipes if they can’t fill the cup.

This guy turned me onto this smoothie Vinnie Del Rocco. He's gone remember me by this post ? but it's jus the best. Not from there and we don't have one in Gainesville Florida. I come there everytime I'm in town. The staff, very pleasant, place always clean. ??great team. Just wish someone reading this can get them talking about reopening one in Gainesville UF

My son (13yo) went there yesterday (2/18/2024 around 1pm) with a friend's family. While he said the smoothie was good (this is not about that), he told me today when I picked him up from his friend's house..."Mom, the girl at Planet Smoothie charged a tip without asking me!" I said, "Wait, didn't she give you kiosk type thing to choose?" He said No, she never turned it around, so he wasn't given the option. He said he only realized because he saw it on the receipt after he left. The girl gave herself a $1.80 tip (20%) on his $8.99 plus tax smoothie without confirming it with him! I'm extremely disappointed. This is predatory and dishonest!

Planet smoothie is the best! I've gone there so much that they know my orders!! They also are always so sweet to me. I've never had a problem with them. They don't fight with their customers. But try to understand them. Definitely recommend. ?
