This guy turned me onto this smoothie Vinnie Del Rocco. He's gone remember me by this post ? but it's jus the best. Not from there and we don't have one in Gainesville Florida. I come there everytime I'm in town. The staff, very pleasant, place always clean. ??great team. Just wish someone reading this can get them talking about reopening one in Gainesville UF

My son (13yo) went there yesterday (2/18/2024 around 1pm) with a friend's family. While he said the smoothie was good (this is not about that), he told me today when I picked him up from his friend's house..."Mom, the girl at Planet Smoothie charged a tip without asking me!" I said, "Wait, didn't she give you kiosk type thing to choose?" He said No, she never turned it around, so he wasn't given the option. He said he only realized because he saw it on the receipt after he left. The girl gave herself a $1.80 tip (20%) on his $8.99 plus tax smoothie without confirming it with him! I'm extremely disappointed. This is predatory and dishonest!

Planet smoothie is the best! I've gone there so much that they know my orders!! They also are always so sweet to me. I've never had a problem with them. They don't fight with their customers. But try to understand them. Definitely recommend. ?

I went to the Planet Smoothie in Eustis, Florida. The staff were phenomenal. This place was super clean. I told him I did not eat breakfast and he recommended a great smoothie. What a great way to start my day.

I was really excited to get my usual Shag-A-Delic smoothie. To my surprise, there was a young lady in the front who rolled her eyes as soon as I walked in. I thought to myself, she must be having a rough day, so I gave her another shot and said hello. She replies "can't you see we close in 30 minutes" in a rude tone. I said "wow, okay can I speak to a manager." To which she told me she WAS the manager and I asked for her name. She told me her name was Ari and that I'm more than welcome to leave a review. So here's my take, she is a rude, spoiled, teenager who thinks that the world owes her something. She needs to be talked to about proper customer service. AND I HOPE THE REAL MANAGER TAKES ACTION. To whoever raised her, shame on you.

Great staff. Huge thanks to this worker who, when my wife accidentally ordered the wrong thing, made the right thing, a second time and didn’t ask a single question. This kindness really made a big difference in our day.

I generally love Planet Smoothie. However the last three times I've gone to this particular location, the smoothie has tasted abnormal, like it's missing flavor. (No I don't have Covid). And so today, my last trip here for a while, I couldn't even drink it. It was so bitter and so unrecognizable from the drink I love. My husband had a similar reaction to his smoothie which lacked the extra ingredients we paid for and tasted like water and earth. What's going on lately? If ingredients are missing, let us know so we can make a different choice. I left before realizing it was so bad and had to get a different lunch somewhere else altogether.
