Pull through the drive-through to get a water refresher and pup cup. A Hispanic lady was taking my order and told me she could not service me if I don’t purchase anything because I ordered the water and the pup cup first. I was rudely interrupted so I didn’t get a chance to place my full order.

Be extra careful when asking for hot coffee. My Caramel Macciatto coffee was super hot, and burnt my lip when I took a sip. I've never had scolding hot coffee like this before. Otherwise, the coffee was deliciously prepared, and I enjoyed it with an egg, pesto, and mozzarella sandwich once it cooled down 😋

I usually come here and the quality of customer service here isn’t the best but this time I couldn’t hold back from a review. This time, while placing the order, I get “what do you want here?” and my food was thrown across the counter area in the pick up area. I caught it before it fell on the floor. I thought “whoa.”

I get it! These are tough times but the quality of a person’s performance working in customer service at an expense should be better. We spend money often just to have food thrown at us today but rude often.

Next time, I won’t be saving your job. I’m going to let the food just be thrown across the counter area, fall to the floor and take a picture of it!

Wow, this Starbucks has gone way downhill since we were last here. Whoever manages now doesn't seem to care if the employees keep the place clean. Crumbs and sticky stuff on tables, chairs, etc. Little gnats kept getting in our faces, probably attracted by the filth.

The manager Huey has zero management skills as well as zero customer service skills I recently went through the drive-thru my order was about $30 I went to pay with $100 bill and the lady stuck a credit card machine out the window as if she didn't know what cash was she took the $100 bill had it in her hands for about a minute then said they don't take $100 bills but they don't have any sign posted saying that they do not accept bills larger than anything after I brought that to the manager's attention he then came up with another lie saying he just dropped all the money out of the drawer and doesn't have enough money to make change so he switched his story up but bottom line I felt discriminated against because I was using cash they didn't want to touch cash I bet I avoid that one 4ever

Every time we come they’re always closed! Last 2 times I’ve tried to stop by an hour before closing they shut everything down early including drive thru!

The morning people here are always pleasant, fast, and make great drinks every time. The afternoon people are always very slow as a result of drive through times not being recorded, sometimes rude and unprofessional, and have NEVER made my drink (no modifications) correctly. Ever. I'll just stick to mornings!

The lids di not fit properly causing spills. No excuse the lids do not fit on holiday cups. Picked up cup of coffee thru drive thru got down road picked up cup and spilled coffee all over myself and car. Could not get lid to help ended up stopping and pouring out coffee.
