I work right around the corner and have been quite a bit and it has really went downhill. Today I returned the broccoli to tell them I would like either fresh broccoli or they can just have it back. The lady told me it was fresh and made that day. I said I don’t want brown broccoli and bacon thats not crispy. She took it back did not offer to replace it or give me my money back. Then I asked for my chicken salad sandwich to be toasted and then when I was smashing it down with my fingers telling her I can’t even chew that bread she said well that’s why we don’t like to toast it. Very disappointed in the quality of the food and the customer service. Oh, and to top it off, their bathroom is out of service. So there’s nowhere to even wash your hands. Absolutely ridiculous.

We have tried many different lunch items and each meal has been excellent. The croissant is my favorite. The boxed lunch is a great deal. It includes the sandwich, chips of choice, cookie of choice and a drink. There are many options for take and bake meals the are also delicious and easy to make. Location is clean. Staff is friendly and efficient.

Ordered for 20+ people a week ahead(ham, turkey and about 18 sides) Arrived to pickup order and was told they did not have the stuffing(3)or sweet potatoes(2). What good is turkey and gravy without stuffing? If I wanted to cook for 20 I would not have ordered from Honeybaked. I havevserious doubts if I will do business with Honeybaked in the future.

The employees seem great and this has nothing to do with them. The ham is absolutely awful!! I paid $105 for a 9lbs ham that my son could have made taste better. Way too much liquid smoke and very dry. I will not be buying another one ever. It's so terrible to charge such a premium for a product that Subway makes taste better.
I have never gotten a bad ham from them! Love the boneless ham.

Best employees ever! Shout out to Cindy today who helped me with a phone order for my elderly mom. She can only eat a few things due to health issues and loves their products. I appreciate the time Cindy took and she went above and beyond to help w a coupon too. A few weeks earlier I was in town and stopped to get my mom ham and turkey and the woman (not sure if it was the same lady) was so kind cutting slices quickly as my mom rested in the car after a doctor's appt.

Had the Ham and bean soup today and it had no ham in it at all! Tasted like a vegetable soup with beans ! Very disappointed
