These past few weeks coming to this spot has been stressful. These employees have been giving horrible services and the worst attitude! They wont let you finish your sentence when you ordering before they say with an attitude “anything else?” When you ask them a question they will bluntly ignore you and pass you your items and slam their windows in your face! Not even a thank you have a good day! Im so over customer service in this generation. Theres a few of them, one in particular today her name is Jean, she had a very vibrant PINK WIG. She was straight giving attitude! I asked her for extra ice on my coke and there was only like 5 ice cubes so when I asked nicely for a separate cup of ice she gave me a smaller cup with 5 ice cubes! Im beyond disappointed! Fast food service is going down hill soon if they dont do proper training! Im not rooting for robots to take over the industry but at this point, with this inappropriate services, might as well someone send corporate number! I HAD ENOUGH!

The girl taking orders today was just miserable and rude.. she forgot a toy in my kids meal so I waited till we were done cause I was ordering another kids meal for my other child.. told her that we didn’t get a toy in the other meal.. she insisted she put one in and I told her well we didn’t get one and she kept insisting she did. I showed her the bag and she would t even look at me.. I have NO NEED to steal/lie about you cheap ads toys. I only asked cause it would have caused a fight between my kids.. do better sweetheart.. if u hate ur job then find a new one.. and you don’t pay for those toys!

Shout out to the night staff! We ordered barbecue chicken nuggets, fry's baconators and an Apple pecan salad asking for the chicken on the side due to my long drive. They got everything correct and it was really fast considering we just got done with band practice in a football game!
