Went through drive thru ordered close to $50 worth of food for them to miss items. Parked my car came inside for the missing items to be charged for sauces they missed never coming back so rude and they do not care about there customers food was ok

Went there tonight on August 3rd 2025 ordered two number three's double baconator only got two single sandwiches once I check the bag when I got home. It's late didn't want to bother going back up there. Highly disappointed paid over $20 for two single burgers smh. I will never go back there again check your food before you leave honestly

I ordered a grilled chicken wrap. I got a wrap, it's literally a wrap. None of the chicken, lettuce, and so on inside. I ordered at 5:16pm through doordash, bag was sealed. So the person making my food at Wendy's in Eustis, FL on Bay Street, did it. I hope they get a good laugh, then fired. They deserve it.

My Daughter recommended the new Wendy's breakfast and so I went in to try the Biscuits and Gravy but when I got there I couldn't decide so I got the Sausage Egg biscuit and the Frosty Cold Brew instead. Robert, the manager listened to me saying it was my first time and gave me a free order of Biscuits n Gravy! I was shook. The store was super clean and organized and the staff was WAY friendlier than the Burger King down the road, which is a tragedy. I will defiantly be coming back to THIS Wendy's!!!
