You ordered at the counter pay to get a number and be seated. Are ordering was delayed because the efficient worker at the counter was also tasked with making lattes. I would suggest a dedicated coffee person during peak hours.

Do not care for check-in process. Stand in line for long time. Noise is such the cashier can’t hear your order. No explanation what you serve yourself and what they bring. When you ask cook at grill get dead eyes look and curt answer.

The brunch food was excellent! One of the best places we have had while being here at Fernandina beach. Everything came out hot and very quickly. We definitely will be returning during our annual beach trip!

So very happy there are gluten-free items available, especially the chicken and waffles. That's my go-ro item.
Unfortunately, I recently visited for brunch approx 11:30am and the GF chicken was dry. I know I should have said something, but will give it another try.

We were looking for a good gluten free restaurant for dinner. Banter & Biddy did not disappoint. We tried the GF onion rings, fried pickles and fried mushrooms. They were all very good, but the tables favorite were the onion rings. We tried the Chicken Sandwich and the fried shrimp and those were also very good. You order up front and they bring it to the table. The service was friendly and quick. What a terrific place to eat and relax.

Great food and service! My son said the chicken tenders were some of the best he’s ever had! There are so many gluten free options and everyone in our group enjoyed the food regardless of whether they needed gluten free or not. The restaurant is very clean and the serving sizes are large.

Hello,

My family and I were on our way to the airport this morning, and we stopped in for breakfast.

We wanted to share a few concerns with our experience. I tried to send via email but the email was returned.

- There was only one person taking the food order. She was also handling drinks. We waited about 30 minutes in line before we ordered. The line was a little long but it felt like it could have moved faster.
- We then had to wait another 40 minutes for our food.
- My daughter’s eggs were not cooked correctly and we didn’t have time to have them remade.
- The person who took our order also promised to bring my son’s drink and after a little while we had to remind her to bring it.

We were really looking forward to eating there because of the promising menu, but these concerns put a damper on our visit. I doubt we’ll be back again at this location.

Wonderful menu. Fast service. Amazing food! The protein scramble is top notch. The 3egg burrito is huge! Loved the self serve style, didn’t have to wait on a waitress to get what I needed.
