Cucina South in Amelia Island offers a nice, quiet atmosphere with attentive service. The Chef's stuffed Mahi and Castellani Pinot Grigio are highly recommended. The Cannolis are fresh and crispy. Some dishes like the veal Parmesan may be hit or miss, with the veal being dry and overcooked. However, the server is knowledgeable about the menu and wine selections. Overall, a decent dining experience but improvements in consistency may be needed.
