The food and service is excellent. Really enjoy dining here. Be prepared for a very high noise level, but the food makes you not care. Their Bibb wedge is shareable and delicious. Love the tuna and mussels too. Drinks are also great.
The food was amazing! Staff was so nice and very attentive! Always refilling our drinks when needed!! Haven't heard of anyone having a bad thing on the menu.
Bar Zin is delicious! The mushroom risotto is my absolute favorite! Last night we tried the key lime pound cake, which was the special dessert of the night and HOLY COW it was AMAZING!!! Warm and full of flavor!! Patrick was a wonderful server and very attentive! The plating of the appetizers, entrees and dessert..PHENOMENAL!
Chef's been knocking it out of the park with his Fresh Catch lately..!!! Crab-encrusted Snapper over Risotto was amazing.!!! And our daughter had the 8-oz Beef Tenderloin which she said was perfectly grilled. As always.... Service was Superb..! Thank you Jackie.
Outstanding experience — the food is the best, the place is so welcoming. All the staff team there are wonderful. “Must go and try” type of place.
There was a wine event going on at the attached wine store which made the experience a bit chaotic. The service and food was good, although the shrimp portions were not very generous. Overall, a good experience, but I will avoid competing with a wine store event in the future.
Patrick was a delightful and outstanding server! The crab encrusted tile fish special was delicious!
This is the most consistent restaurant I've ever been in!!! Bar none. Lol Best of Amelia!!
Heather and her crew consistently deliver a superb dining experience— outstanding food and service! Bar Zin is one of our top favorites on the island.

The ambiance was good although very loud. It was hard to listen to conversation. We asked to be moved to a quieter location and the staff were very accommodating. The food was great. Would recommend highly but note that the restaurant is pretty loud. If you're looking for quiet conversation and ambiance look elsewhere.
Fantastic dinner and service at this local Amelia Island restaurant. It was a short 4 minute drive from our hotel (The Ritz Carlton) which made it so convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our apps (bang bang shrimp and crispy brussel sprouts). Our salmon entrees were cooked to perfection and the mushroom risotto was out of this world! For dessert, we enjoyed a gluten free lemon sorbet that was tart and sweet in the best way. Overall, service was quick and our waiter was great and accommodating. Highly recommend if you're on the island!
Had a very nice dinner, mussels and Caesar salad and my husband had their meatloaf which was excellent. Very attentive server!
Specials (watermelon feta salad, seafood chowder and black grouper) were delicious and table service was great.
Not a good experience. Sent my first meal back and the second was just as bad. Extremely greasy deep fried chicken piccata (not exactly the classic recipe ) was just awful. “Wagyu” burger came next and it was so overdone I could not eat it. Tough meat so no way that was wagyu beef and it came with a stale bun. Our truffle fries as an appetizer were anything but…nothing more than truffle flavored salt. Our VERY nice server was the only good thing I can say about this place. We were speechless. Not going back.
