This was the first time at Bar Zin, but it won't be the last. The place was packed, I'm sure in part due to Amelia Island Restaurant Week. But, everyone seemed to be having a good time. The staff was very capable - they were able to get us a table quickly, the waiter set us up, brought drinks, served the courses in a timely manner, and checked us out when done. Very efficient. And, of course, the food was very good !! We are looking forward to returning!!

The food at BarZin was delicious and the cocktails were great. We had a table of 6 for restaurant week. There were a variety of options on the menu to choose from to accommodate a variety of tastes and preferences. The atmosphere was very quaint and relaxing. However I will say the noise level was higher than I would have liked.

Made reservations three months in advance because so hard to get. Very busy ( good for them) so very noisy. Waitress was great. Good wine selection

First time visiting with family( 3 of us total), atmosphere was great loved the seating areas. Got our drinks ordered and they came quick and was good. We ordered the fried calamari for appetizer (came out quickly) we put in our entire ( 1 chicken piccata, 2 of the chefs special new york strip(1 Medium rare other Medium Well) and the tuna crunch). Fried calamari was not great, batter was very wet and mushy also did not come with the peppers. Meals-my chicken piccata had no flavor very bland taking. There was so much oil on my noodle it made the breading on the chicken wet. TASTELESS Medium rare steak very chewy and more on the rare side, but he said the fries were the best part. The Medium well steak was cooked Medium and we could barely get the steak knife to put it bacuse it was so tuff. Well none of our food was edible. We did order the beignets those were brought how smothered in raspberry sauce and chocolate sauce with some powder sugar. They were extremely sweet and chewy as well. So best to say food was not good

BarZin is a great restaurant to take out-of-town guests. It's always a hit. Heather is the best hostess around! Patrick is a great waiter. We always ask for him.
Bar Zin is one of our most favorite restaurants in Amelia. The atmosphere is upscale casual and we enjoy being able to sit outside in lovely weather. The food is sophisticated, never disappoints and always makes us look forward to our next trip and dinner reservation.

We have eaten at all the restaurants on the island and somehow hadn't visited here. This will now be a regular for us. Great atmosphere - fun energy. Great food - crab cakes and chicken paccata were especially awesome. And Tammy provided legendary service. 10/10
