What I like about this place is the staff is very friendly, attentive, and the food has always been good. I like that you can sit outside or inside, though both areas are very small. What I don’t like about this place is that it’s always very warm indoors and the menu is very limited.

My husband and I went here for breakfast because Beach Diner was packed and we thought it would be quicker and a better meal, as it has a good reputation on the island. When we sat down I did notice that the table cloth was stained and there were lots of flies in the dinning room, but I overlooked it and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Our waitress was very nice and polite, but that is the only positive about our experience there. There were only a few other parties seated when we got there and we still waited over an hour for our food. When it came out it was lower quality than the breakfast we make at home. My husbands dish was cold. We will not be going back or recommending.

Went for brunch today, Sunday. The indoor room, which is small, was full, but there were tables outside, which is lovely. That was good because we sat there for an hour and a half waiting for our food. There were ants nesting among the bricks of the patio, and they kept crawling on us. There was a table not cleared when we sat down, and the dirty dishes were still there when we left. Our food, when it finally came was good, but not good enough to make up for the long wait. Never again.

The food is good but there's a very long wait for food. We only ordered 1 omelet & toast. The toast was ice cold . The servers are friendly. We used to go here at least 2 times a month ( we brunch every Sunday) but the last 2 times it took over 25 minutes to get our food. We're not going as often anymore.

To be honest, we had a party if 6, 5 of which were unhappy with the service and meal. I had shrimp and grits and loved it. Was highly rated online so we went. I would go again, just in a smaller group.

The food is amazing here and the ambiance is quaint. We have visited many adorable little restaurants like this on our travels and they all have the same thing in common, great food and usually slower laid back atmosphere. Your not coming here to rush, your coming here to talk and put your phones away and enjoy all the dishes coming out as you wait for your delicacy. If your going to complain about the wait or your starving, please go to a fast food place and be happy, but dont come here and complain cause you have been warned. The chefs prepare as the tickets come in and let me tell you it's all good. The chicken salad to the biscuits and gravy...all great.

It was great! Food was tasty!

It's a small cafe with an even smaller kitchen. My family of four went there for brunch and arrived at 10:45am. While the staff were incredibly polite, the food took way longer than it ever should have - almost an hour. The food was good, but waiting that long was simply unacceptable in my opinion.

Have had horrible service the last 3 times we've been there. Slow service, server never checked on us, messed up the order, messed up the checks. I love patronizing local businesses, but I'm done with Bright Mornings!

Food was acquit restaurant was dirty.table cloths were stained. We had to go looking for the waitresses . when we wanted the check.

Found this restaurant on google while in the area and it did NOT disappoint! Amazing food and great staff. The atmosphere as well is very pleasing. Loved the outdoor area!

It was okay. Went out with my mom and dad. My steak and eggs was great but the cheese on my eggs wasn't melted. My grits came out fantastic. My dad ordered his steak medium and it was closer to rare or medium rare. My mom ordered bacon crispy and got barely cooked bacon. Her biscuit was fine but her cheese grits came out with way too much water and looked soupy. All in all, I'd recommend the steak and eggs but be cautious about ordering grits and if you like your cheese melted like we do ask them to cook your eggs with the cheese. 3/5 stars

Horrible place, bad service only 2 employees, waited forever for everything. No salad dressing, served rotten blueberries, melon tasted like onion peels. Tables and kitchen were dirty. I have never experienced such bad food and service in my life. This place was disgusting and should be shut down.

Great food, nice outdoor seating. Unfortunately we chose a very busy morning so service was a little slow but other than that everything was excellent!
