We 4 women were looking for a place that served breakfast after 11:00 AM!!! This was one of the few places that does!!! Our beverages were delicious! ( beware of the homemade bloody Mary’s: very peppery!!) crab cake omelette was absolutely amazing!! Crevice delicious! French toast yummy!! The most important thing was the server we had. Not sure how this place isn’t rated higher. My wife and I travel all the time and breakfast is one of our favorite things to do. We tried several places while in the Fernandina/Amelia Island area and this was hands down the best. Everything was cooked to perfection. Nice, off-the-beaten path small restaurant in an old house. Food was very good, but the morning rum-based cocktail I ordered was a bit weak. They were not on top of their reservations the morning we were there & had to ask 2 couples to move while they were eating in order to accomodate a large party. Seems like they could benefit from more staff.
