“I have been coming here for a while. Staff is very friendly and does a great job. Some of the employees (one guy in particular) thinks I always get my order confused. He and others have made mistakes their too taking my order…but they would always blame it on me. This guy I think his name is Ken refuses to ever take my order which doesn’t hurt my feelings at all. With this kind of attitude working in the restaurant business…he does not deserve a promotion. A employee there that is very nice and courteous is Kevin. He really shows a lot of respect and this is how a person should act working with people as a cashier. I know this from experience. Chick-fil-A is a phenomenal restaurant!“

“Showed up 9 minutes before they closed. I have a big family so I prefaced my order with “I have a big family, I have 6 meals, I am so sorry. If this order is too much of an inconvenience, I will leave now. Please don’t let me inconvenience you.” The girl was SO sweet. Food came out perfect and she was just as Amazing when she brought my food out to the car. Only complaint was that she wouldn’t let me tip her.“

“10/18 at around 7pm girl taking order was not good at her job and was rude. I noticed several people saying the order was for dine in and they made it to go. I came back up and asked for ketchup and she asked another associate to fill my request which I had to repeat.
Need better training!!!“
