Overall a great place for a nice quiet dining experience, I will say though, an Italian restaurant with no espresso drinks is a bit strange, also there is no full bar, beer and wine only, but, I definitely recommend and will return!
There were 5 of us dining and we all enjoyed our selections! Excellent! Chef Lou will not disappoint — he came out to introduce himself and make sure we were happy with our meals. We will definitely come back when we are in the area again.
We had a great experience at Cucina South this week, after having been craving a good Italian meal for a while. We arrived early for our reservation but were greeted pleasantly by multiple staff in the area and were seated right away. Our party of three were upstairs, which was fine - it is conducive to conversation. The downstairs area was busy, though not crowded - it did not appear to be overly noisy, but upstairs worked for us. There was a nice bar area, and some outside seating...
