David's Restaurant & Lounge

The service was wonderful as I have allergies and accommodations were made without asking. They ensured all food was safe. The food was absolutely delicious, prepared well, and gracefully presented. Highly recommend.

Very nice dinner at David's. We sat in the lounge area and it is not your “typical” lounge. Very nice and quiet with a 6 seat bar area. Delicious octopus appetizer. I had the David's special salad and my husband had the Dover sole. All was excellent.

Service was outstanding, bartender was very good. Great old fashioned and excellent sangria carpaccio from the kitchen is a must try. Definitely would go back again

David's is a beautiful restaurant, parking is really not an issue, and the staff is kind and outstanding. The appetizers,salad,wine,mixed drinks were all very good but the main course was disappointing.

The food is high quality, delicious, and uniquely prepared. The ambiance is more of a "date night" with formality than most places in town. It's a bit dark and could benefit from some open window shades. The service is attentive and outstanding. Prices are high, and the quality reflects it. We'll be back for the food and service, but do wish it was a slightly brighter interior.

As always, the service was outstanding and the food terrific! It was my birthday, and the team was very attentive, and recognized me throughout the entire experience. David's is one of our favorites, and we will be back for sure!!

The Cookout event was amazing! The food, presentation and service couldn't have been better, already looking forward to next year!

60th birthday for husband—made it special with “birthday “ printed menu & complimentary macaroons w/candle. Food was amazing. Grilled octopus app so different and great. Such delicious stuffed plantains!. Beet salad so tasty. Hubby had seafood gnocchi bouillabaisse —he loved it, not a ton of gnocchi (approx. 5), but perfect amount of food. I had pequana (sliced steak)—finally a chef that listens to “rare”! The accompanying veggies were amazing. The bread in a box was one of the best breads we've had (& we're feom NY/NJ)—a warm rosemary focaccia amazing. And our server Gina was adorable. Also, I made mistake when reserving table in lounge & they were able to get me into the dining room. Great experience all the way around.

Amazing from when we walked in to when we left. Every food item was delicious and perfect! Total 5 star experience!

I believe our server was a bit flustered last night. She returned to our table after taking our drink order and asked us if we were ready to place a drink order or if we went to wait a bit. She realized her mistake when she turned and saw our drink order being delivered. She never explained the specials of the evening to us. We did not know there were any until the table across from us were being given the specials by their server. At that point, we had already ordered. The food was incredible, the ambiance was perfect, and the host following up with the patrons was an added bonus. The happy anniversary menu was an extra special touch that was greatly appreciated. We can't wait to come back to the island and bring our friends to this awesome dining establishment!

Extremely disappointed ! $55 Sea Bass was stringy & chewy and they poured the sauce for fish on top of mashed potatoes which made them mush. If I had to give a positive it was quiet & nice setting.

Delicious meals. This is a restaurant that consistently serves great food with fine service. Would love to see more choices and menu changes.

The food, atmosphere, and our waiter were all FANTASTIC as usual!!! This restaurant is special to me.

I'll start with this, my fiancé and I came right after our engagement at the beach. I was in the restaurant business and a chef for a long time and what David's did was simply outstanding. They had set up rose petals on our table and a bouquet of roses and added and mixed some special accommodations into our dining experience. Onto the actual food and service. You felt welcomed in right away. Every server was accommodating and on top of their game without being too much. Great job front of house. As for the food. Absolutely delicious. Very thought out menu with fresh ingredients and components that made their dishes special and let those ingredients shine and elevated those flavors. Not one component overshadowed another. Each dish was special in their own way. The octopus was absolutely delicious. It cut like butter. It was plated beautifully. The tartar was amazing. Fresh fish, acids from fresh fruits, and a different oils to bring it all full circle. The main course I had the lamb which was cooked to perfection. Tender, juicy, delicious. The parsnip purée was a creamy amazing light taste to cut through the salt and fat and acids. My fiancé had the oxtail and gnocchi ragu. The gnocchi was cooked perfectly. The oxtail had the flavor it should have with its respected spices. The texture from the fresh mushrooms added the perfect bite and the creaminess of the buratta was excellent. This was a wonderful dining experience and very special special moment. Thank you to the team at David's for making our special moment feel so special. Great job to front of house , and great job to the back of the house for absolutely killing it. Highly recommend David's to anyone looking for a fine dining experience with a relaxing and upbeat atmosphere and ambience. Bravo.

We consider David to be our special place for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special times. We have never been disappointed. The food is always wonderful and the service is great highly recommend.
