I came in a few minutes early for a pick up order and the workers were so rude. Like seriously what the hell is wrong with people. You’re making sandwiches how difficult could your job be. You have no personal skills yet work in the service industry. Who hired these people? I would never. Ever come here. You have been warned.

I didn’t eat at this particular firehouse today, but I did place a mobile order to their store on accident. A lovely manager by the name of Mrs. Erica called me to verify if I was going to be coming by or if they should save my receipt for another day. she didn’t have to go out of her way to do that so I appreciate it very much.

After receiving "bugs" in my husbands food and watching him being mistreated by the manager, I can no longer recommend this establishment! The company won't even give you the courtesy of a return call. It's as if they are trying to avert a lawsuit, but all he ever wanted was an apology!Not a nice place anymore!

Trespassed me from the store and grabbed the buggy sandwich from my hand!7. Police made then give back my sandwich (bug and all)In the end, all I wanted was a sincere apology!

Staff is friendly. Sometimes they give me a drink cup free of charge! So nice, the manager. But half of the time when I ask for no pickle or lettuce, there is a pickle put in the box with pieces of lettuce throughout my sandwich. The taste of pickle gets on the sandwich and I have a food sensitivity to it, so i can’t enjoy the food that I get. I also got a cookie that was stale. I’ve had a couple great sandwiches from here so it saddens me to leave this review. Please consider making customer ASK for a pickle, so that no pickle is the new default.Thanks for reading!

It was a holiday weekend and there were no other customers in the business. They had two dudes making sandwiches and a female standing near the register. Before Firehouse was sold they had a welcoming atmosphere. These workers could care less whether you patronize this business or not. And apparently management doesn’t check on their employees or they would be aware of their attitudes. There are plenty of other options that have people that appreciate your business.

6:15 Saturday night. Walk-in, 3 employees, 1 family of 4 seated in the restaurant. One of the employees says 25 min wait. Why?? Apparently placing priority on to-go orders ahead of walk-in. Won’t be back!
