Pretty regulars firehouse, full of a bunch of teenagers straight out of high school they do a good job 99% of the time and 75% I would say a standard 20 to 30 minutes of service time is needed before
Staff is friendly. Sometimes they give me a drink cup free of charge! So nice, the manager. But half of the time when I ask for no pickle or lettuce, there is a pickle put in the box with pieces of lettuce throughout my sandwich. The taste of pickle gets on the sandwich and I have a food sensitivity to it, so i can’t enjoy the food that I get. I also got a cookie that was stale. I didn’t eat at this particular firehouse today, but I did place a mobile order to their store on accident. A lovely manager by the name of Mrs. Erica called me to verify if I was going to be coming by or if they should save my receipt for another day. she didn’t have to go out of her way to do that so I appreciate it very much.
