The Loop Restaurant is a Jacksonville native favorite for over 25 years. The food is tasty, decently priced, and the milkshakes rock. Visitors enjoy cheese burgers cooked as requested, with good sweet potato fries and rosemary chips. The BBQ chicken pizza is super delicious, and the small is a perfect size. The warm blue cheese chips and Asian Chicken Salad are also good. However, the French onion soup was extremely disappointing, with very few onions and a bowl the size of a cup. The place is very loud but comfortable. The steamed broccoli is a must-try, though salads could use more. Staff are friendly, and the price point is fair.
