Really poor experience. The restaurant was extremely slow. After we finally got food after half an hour, they messed up the order and the food was undercooked. Went and asked politely for them to fix one of our entrees, and they said yes but we gave up waiting after another 20 minutes. Spent $40, all that got eaten was the kid’s Kraft Mac & Cheese which probably cost them all of $3. Should’ve just made it at home.

I enjoyed the chicken & jack grilled sandwich with great tasting fresh broccoli & their big ‘ole fries. They have a 5 cheese pizza that we got 2 different times it was amazing and creamy! I never had goat cheese and the other cheeses but super happy we tried it!! So worth it! The Loop has terrific salads & soups! They stay on top of everything when they’re busy because The Loop seems popular!Kid-friendliness: Family oriented as well great kids menu.
The loop is always so good and never disappoints. The staff try really hard to make sure you have an excellent experience no matter what. Don't sleep on this place. Would definitely recommend.

I've been going to this place since it first opened up. Even though we've moved all the way to Massachusetts, every time we're back in town, we make sure to stop by. It's got a different vibe than the other locations, kind of more laid back.They've got these fish sandwiches that you can't find at the San Marco spot. I remember that being a big deal for me. It's been a solid six years since we were last here, but I grabbed a burger and fries this time around. Still as good as I remember. They jave good food that hits the spot. That's why we keep coming back whenever we can.
