“I moved to Fernandina Beach 12 years ago. Was very happy to learn that Nassau Health Food was on the Island. The store has changed over the past years, but they always seem to be improving. The store owners seem to be hands on. This is a smaller store but perfect for Our Island.If visiting, you will find it warm and relaxing. They are currently doing some re-modeling to make even more improvements.They expanded The Amelia Fresh Cafe. You are able to eat inside or outdoors. They have a good selection of organic fruits and vegetables. They have spices and herbs. You can order a sandwich made fresh. The Chefs are very good. If you need general type of vitamins and health drinks, they have it. I recommend this store, you will not leave the store empty handed.“
“Vegan breakfast burrito on Amelia Island, that says it all. They've been a stalwart here for years. New owner in the last year apparently but vegan options are still good. They included a to -go butter with the food, which is a no-no, but the food was tasty and fresh. Great outdoor sitting space too in addition to nice are inside.“
