Incredibly long waits, unfriendly staff, poor food quality.
Came in this morning with my uncle for breakfast. We arrived at 10am on the dot. We were both paying cash. He placed his order on the kiosk and went to pay. I then placed my order on the kiosk and also went to the counter to pay. My uncle paid and received his food shortly afterwards. I was in line directly behind him to pay.
