PSA: we are not from the area, but I always place mobile orders for every Starbucks I go to and never have any issue. Today I placed the order when we were about 3-5 minutes away. When we pulled up we were not so nicely told "for future references you need to put in your mobile order 10-15 minutes in advance!" I don't know what the difference between mobile order and pulling to the drive thru and placing an order. It wasnt what they said but the tone. One of the drinks spilled a little in the car due to the lid not fitting properly we asked for extra napkins and they seemed annoyed giving them to us. The whole experience was awkward like we were a huge inconvenience being there. Maybe they were just having a bad day. I wish I wouldn't have tipped ahead on the mobile order.

This is my first (and probably last), time here. The service was quite slow, the inside is extremely uncomfortable. From the chairs, the screeching when moved around the tile floors. The bathroom doors slam.

Drive thru gave me the wrong order. It tasted off but didn't get a chance to actually look at the cup until 15 minutes laterI have Enola's ordery name isn't Enola.

Ordered a frapuccino with NO WHIP. Watched the guy making it with whip. I reminded him it was no whip. He didn't say a word, just looked at the sticker on the cup to see that I was right, scraped it off the top (ignoring that he had put it in the bottom of the cup as well) and put new caramel topping on top. I asked him for no whip in the bottom either and he ignored that as well and handed me the cup. Zero customer service skill, and apparently an inability to read, either.

On a Tuesday, 1/9/24, when it says they’re open at 10:30a during regular business hours, not even a holiday, the store is closed. There was a line in the drive through that seemed to be taking a long time and then a lady in one of the cars decided to get out of her car and run up to the window to see what was happening and saw that nobody was even in the store. The store was closed! None of us would have known if it weren’t for her. If the store is going to unexpectedly shut down for the day fine, but at least put signs up saying sorry closed for today or something for your customers to see. It’s a slow store anyways so it’s not unexpected that we wait long in the drive through..they don’t know the meaning of moving quickly at this location anyways so it didn’t seem like anything abnormal waiting 25 min in the drive through line.

The wait was a little long but worth it. Staff was super friendly and eager to fix the size mixup we had. Don’t let a long drive thru line scare you away from this location. I would visit again just to have a great employee interaction.Vegetarian options: Easy to spot the vegetarian dishes.Dietary restrictions: I love their vegetarian menu options.
