Drinks are perfectly delicious, timely, and the staff is always enjoyable. The baristas work very hard and are very friendly. Customers enjoy seeing the same faces daily. One visitor described their peppermint mocha coffee as awesome. The location has cute decoration, comfy chairs, and a lot of tables, making it a great meeting space. There is plenty of room for people with mobility needs and a wheelchair ramp. Bathrooms are large and clean. However, at one location on Sadler Rd, the ambience, amenities and service are no longer perfect, and a customer was charged for a coffee refill. Sometimes they are out of the coffee a customer likes. Prices can be steep, but overall, it is a reliable coffee spot.
