Big thank you to the mobile order barista (wish i caught her name) today who quickly made my drink so i was able to get back to work in time! I was definitely unhappy thinking i was going to have to go back to work without my caffeine. It tasted PERFECT and was just what i needed!
I frequent this location 4 times a week at minimum & normally have a pleasant experience- except when the lady with the short white hair is there. She is an absolute nightmare that should not be in any customer service job. She should be in the back somewhere with zero customer interaction. I have seen her be rude to other people while i have been in multiple times but i have always been able to avoid interactions with her until about 2 weeks ago. The wait was a little long but worth it. Staff was super friendly and eager to fix the size mixup we had. Don’t let a long drive thru line scare you away from this location.
