“I give this store 4 stars. I have been to this Tropical Smoothie twice. The first time I got excellent service. The second time I placed an order on-line and they made an incorrect smoothie & tried to tell me that is what I ordered, but told them it wasn't & showed them the order on my phone. It took them them two more tries before they got it right.“

“I absolutely love Smoothie King. My favorites are the Banana Boat with Fiber and the PB Swizzle without PB substitute honey. Both are so delicious but I look forward to my Acai Bowl once a week. The staff here is always so nice and full of recommendations. The inside of the store looks like it opened yesterday and the bathrooms are very clean. I'm so glad we have one in the area.“

“I Went inside LA Fitness at lake gray Blanding Blvd and try this amazing smoothie Garden. And order this pineapple- mango and Mango smoothie with probiotics,The Flavor was so fresh and delicious, you can tell everything is made fresh. Refreshing and healthy smoothies.. ?????a must try..“

“Took 2 of my daughters and my nephew to try some smoothies yesterday and it was amazing! We had a Nutella Bliss, 2 Island Oasis and a Cocoloco (as a smoothie)… they were delicious! The staff was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful answering all of our questions. Highly recommended!“

Listen I ran across this place, and have absolutely NO regrets.
Atmosphere is great, and the music matches for sure.
Service has been attentive, drinks are filled and refills are asked for.
Food has gotten the highest rating so far at a SOLID EASY 8.5/10. Add this, and maybe a little bit of this taken off. it’s minuscule.
This place is a golden gem in the area. Great food, great service, great mixed drinks. Do I need to continue?! Stop reading and go now.
Our server was Francis she was 10/10 bartenders didn’t catch her name, but continue making all the drinks lol.

“This is my favorite location! The smoothies are always made perfectly! The staff is always so helpful with smiles on their faces. Yesterday I had the Peanut Power Plus and it was so awesome! “So I don’t usually complain about places. And I have no real complaints about this location. However, I’m here literally EVERY SINGLE DAY and get the same smoothie. Today I was told they can’t substitute anything for sugar like they have been for months and must charge me for each supplement. I don’t care about the money it’s the principle. Daily for months. And this is how the new management is caring for the customer. Thanks for listening. adding on... today I went in and now that won't sub ANYTHING for fruit. mind you I'm not getting the ingredient so I'm paying for nothing. a $7 smoothie is now $9 - anyway I walked out this morning and I'm pretty sure I heard a Don't come back. I'm so done. since they changed mgmt a few weeks ago it's going downhill.“

“I was initially hesitant to dine here due to a previous negative experience with Checkers as an adult. However, I must say that my recent visit completely changed my perspective!
When I took my first bite of the fries and burger, it was like being transported back to my childhood! The flavors were so reminiscent of the amazing taste that once motivated me to walk five miles from my grandmother’s house in Springfield, IL, just to enjoy a meal at Checkers/Rally’s.
I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the staff and especially the cooking team. Your hard work and dedication truly shine through in the food you serve. I had a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be returning for more!

“Since the new app is coming up I want to recommend this want to see The Hawaiian Nreeze Smoothie back on the menu so I can pre order off the app before I get there. I can order in store but it’s not even on the store menu or app, come on,show some customer service for once. I’ve mentioned this in store a couple times but it falls upon deaf ears.“

“Amazing service! Taylor was so helpful, such a pleasure to speak with and made for a very enjoyable 1st experience with Planet Smoothie. I'd come back just for the service, more companies need employees with personalities like hers. So thank you Taylor for being so helpful and knowing your products! The Muscle Up Buttercup smoothie was/is phenomenal! I added the chia seeds for hydration and the fat burner since this was between my fitness class and yard work.. and its just simply delicious. I'll be adding my personal collagen the next go round🤞
