Sub not quite as good but it waas fine.
We love subway, but I feel as if the customer service needs help. We’ve had two incidences while trying to get our food. One was when we went around 7:30 PM, and the door was locked. The young lady saw us standing outside while she was at a table, and walked past us to the back and then mouthed “we’re closed”. We tried calling and they did not answer their phone. So we had to call the OP location to confirm closing time, and get us into this location. This second time...read full review
Jessica was the only employee at 11:45, and it was quite busy between people standing in line and online order pick ups, but she handled it like a rockstar! She greated everyone as they entered and was very quick making the subs all while keeping a great attitude and a smile on her face!
Subway offers a mix of experiences. One employee, Jessica, impressively managed a busy lunch rush with a positive attitude and quick service. Another customer praised the staff for being kind and helpful, especially regarding dairy allergies. However, there was a complaint about some employees not communicating well and appearing unfriendly during a later visit.
