they forgot salad.. when it came out.. was lettuce in a to go box... with 20z of shredded chicken n 2 dressings not even fresh grilled chicken
$17was charged & bc I "didn't take a pic" Pete "can't do anything after the fact" ..
that's terrible customer service

If your idea of good food is soggy tasteless pizza and burnt wings in an environment where YOU do all the work after you’ve waited in a long line to place your order then This place is exactly what you’re looking for!, There’s no service anymore since they changed to fast casual, which seems to be code for giving you the lowest of dining experiences while paying for young inexperienced people to work for the lowest wages possible. You don’t get water, you don’t get service, you order food at relatively high prices , you get your own drinks from the bar, it all adds up to a diabolical dining experience, that isn’t conducive to a pleasant evening out with family. My husband had to bust our table , stand in line for 20 minutes to place our order, we didn’t get offered water or plates. And the food came out wrong, the wings are so burned they are just inedible . They re did the pizza as they messed it up, and a wing order too. But they came out burned again, in fact they were so bad that today my husband bit into a leftover wing and his whole front tooth sheared off. This place is a joke and I’ve spent time reading the reviews , if management don’t do something your not even going to have a clientele . People near this location want to be served , they want good food and great service , isn’t that one of the reasons people go out to eat? To be served?. Stop being greedy and cutting corners nobody likes the ‘changes you’ve made ‘ . The wings need to be watched and cooked better, great recipes , terrible Execution. . #wings so burnt they broke a tooth.

My first time here since they moved. My sandwich was so greasy I ate the chicken and cheese off the bread. My friend's pizza was so greasy her 20ish nephew would not eat another piece. Others in the group waited quite a while for their flavored beer/ cider. My friend & I were sick all afternoon after leaving, from the grease. I probably will not be going back.

We visited V Pizza in Fleming island and I have to say that the service was AMAZING! Our bartender Bobby recommended the Cryin Hawaiian wings and they were phenomenal! He even gave us a taste of the Stromboli. He offered us the perfect beer to match my craving! Come in to this hidden gem and make sure to see Bobby at the bar! He loves selfies!

Our server, Brittany, was amazing! She was willing to answer all the question we had, made recommendations for our visit. She made my experience amazing! She made sure we got to sample some gelato. This was definitely a great experience. I will recommend this place to all my friends/family. The variety of food and drinks was remarkable. It was pricey yes, but the quality was incredible..
I am so disappointed with V Pizza. Their other location was amazing. They changed the game and now it’s a “free for all”. We had to move our own tables last night for our bigger party. I had to clean off the table and pick up the garbage under the table. The bar drinks get served from a runner who only does that task. My out of town friend finally got his order after an hour. They forgot. Zero accountability. You pay, get your number and the numbers on the tables get missed. It’s a really poor system. This is very much like a “Chucky Cheese”. If you have kids and don’t need very good service and mediocre food, this is the place for you. The kids can run and play. My sours kept coming out warm. The food runners have very “frumpy and unhappy” attitudes. They throw the food down and run so as not to be asked for any extras. I am looking forward to a new place opening up in V Pizzas old location. V Pizza needs a wake up call and some management because there was no manager there to be seen. Can we please have the old V Pizza back!?

Worst experience. We were told there were no tables available. There were groups of people (with their food, already eating) that had empty tables pushed together with chairs that nobody was using at the end of their string of tables that could have accommodated the people waiting. The Bafoon with the microphone told everyone they were going to start Trivia and said if you weren't going to participate that you could "still stay". How welcoming - NOT. Music was blaring wayyyy too loud, with speakers pointed directly at the tables. They're trying to turn a restaurant into a fun park. Other restaurants nearby are better prepared and accommodating.
