“No one was in sub shop. So I ordered and thought it wouldn't take too long. He didn't start sub at all for at least 15 min or longer. So I didn't get my sub for at least 20 min. This also happened last time I was in there.. I don't know why they do this. Last time a lady was making subs, People that ordered after I did was getting theirs before me. Like 3 different people. I then spoke up and asked what the problem was. Then I waited another 15min before my order was ready. I haven't been back. Food is good, but service is terrible ?.”

They answered my 100 questions lol without getting aggravated or being nasty to me. After my order was placed and I paid, the food was right out. Everything was made correctly. You know thing is is if you don't like your job and you have to do it because it's what pays your bills don't take it out on everybody else that comes into your store if it's that bad then find another job this one goes out to a lady named Pat and the keystone store that was very rude this morning and acted like it was the end of the world to get some ketchup as she grunted and huffed and puffed to get some packs of ketchup besides her the stores amazing foods always good and employees are awesome except for her.”
