Fran (Edwin) is amazing!!! First time here with my family. Stayed for 1 night before our cruise and we will never stay anywhere else thanks to this restaurant. The food was 5 star worthy! Thank you for such a great experience to everyone!

Nashawn’s Cubano sandwich was fantastic. If you like mustard, must have. Fran’s service was outstanding. Local brew on tap was good as well.

The food takes a REALLY long time. My Cubano took 30 minutes. Ridiculous.
The sandwich is very basic and is not much different than what you buy at a 7-Eleven. Very overpriced AND they automatically add an 18% gratuity. Stay away.

I have been cruising for years and our group usually stays at the 4 point hotel. The place has totally upgraded its service. Very clean and nice bartender. Lisa was really nice and personable. She certainly knows how to make delicious specialty cocktails. We will definitely be back.

Lisa was our waiter, she was excellent!! So so nice, and was very attentive to our table. And the food was actually amazing - highly recommend the pizza, loaded fries, and fettuccine Alfredo.

Love this place I have been coming here over the past year. The food in the evening is so good and good size. The breakfast so great but what makes it wonderful is Mrs. Brunella and Camila they always treat you like family.

In hotel restaurant/bar. Bar service is extremely slow, bartender doesn't know how to make most drinks plus they don't have ingredients to make drinks on menu. Breakfast is like a typical buffet at a cheap hotel! But enough to get you thru the morning. I expected more for $15.

Had breakfast before a cruise then took a shuttle from there to the cruise ship even though I did not stay at the hotel in which it is housed. Nice pre-cruise service. I'd do it again.
