Had breakfast before a cruise then took a shuttle from there to the cruise ship even though I did not stay at the hotel in which it is housed. Nice pre-cruise service. I'd do it again.
What a wonderful experience we had at this bar inside the 4 Points Sheraton on Federal Highway near both the airport and cruise Port. We felt like family after spending 2 days before and after our cruise here. Shout out both Fran and Julian who bartended and were our servers as well as we ate at the bar. We loved how welcome they made us feel.
A tough night, following a flight cancellation and Fran and the kitchen staff made sure I had a good meal in a fun and welcoming environment.Big thank you as well to Nathaniel at the front desk. Smart, attentive, and a great problem solver. It made navigating through my ordeal much easier. Merci!
