I have been cruising for years and our group usually stays at the 4 point hotel. The place has totally upgraded its service. Very clean and nice bartender. Lisa was really nice and personable. She certainly knows how to make delicious specialty cocktails. We will definitely be back.
Lisa was our waiter, she was excellent!! So so nice, and was very attentive to our table. And the food was actually amazing - highly recommend the pizza, loaded fries, and fettuccine Alfredo.
My husband and I were treated so well by Linda. She is such a beautiful and humble person. Thank you for providing the best customer service and for simply taking the time to talk with us. You are truly an amazing person.
