Please stay far away from this place I ordered them on Uber Eats spent about $68. I ordered 2 jerk chicken pasta and brown stew chicken. The pasta was terrible no flavor barely any chicken and they used tri-color rotini noodles just horrible. The brown stew chicken I tried some of it and yeah no Jamaican made that crap. I’ve had better food at a hospital cafe. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

The food was amazing! (especially the chicken soup, brown chicken and the curry). Large portions and the rice and soup was included. The woman who worked there was super friendly and patient, offering us samples of multiple dishes before we ordered. We learned it is a family restaurant she started with her dad. Definitely a new favorite for whenever we are in the area!

Will never return. Frequently bought fish here and the first time I didn't check the food and the fish was completely burnt, the next time they gave me a small fish and I told them this is too small to call it a large fresh and they told me to take it or leave it and didn't care what I thought. Trash place with trash customer service
We got take out late at night, the jerk chicken was good!!and the lady was very helpful even at the closing time on a weekday

Food is good but I won’t be coming back very stingy with the sizes that’s supposed to be a medium sized fish paid almost 20 dollars was more like a appetizer and snappers are very cheap to buy I go to the cafe restaurant large fish $30 as it should and had the large fish and it’s still kinda small also and paid almost $40

Gyal tried to charge me 18 for ackee n salt fish with rice. No veggie. Poor attitude and service
Brought food from here multiple times and it’s always been horrible. I brought a very expensive large oxtail plate that was so un edible. I was even able to eat it. It was rubbery and chewy. This is the second time I’ve gotten it like that horrible customer service they did nothing to resolve the issue. I brought the plate back and the woman just stared at me like I had three heads so I just threw the food in the trash and walked out the door. I will never go to this restaurant again. Wish I could’ve shared a picture of how disgusting the food looked

I recently had an unpleasant experience with Allspice Jamaican Restaurant through an Uber Eats order. I was excited to try their food, but things took an unfortunate turn. After placing my order, I received a call from the restaurant informing me that they didn’t have the items I ordered. While I appreciated their offer to provide substitute items, I was disheartened by their refusal to cancel the order on their end. Instead, they insisted that I cancel on my end, which would have resulted in an unnecessary fee for me.
This situation felt particularly unfair as the lack of item availability was beyond my control, yet I was being penalized for it. When I expressed my concerns to the restaurant, their response was far from accommodating. It was unprofessional and left me feeling disrespected as a customer. I ended up reaching out to Uber Eats customer service, who thankfully managed to resolve the issue by canceling the order from their side without any charge.
For potential diners considering Allspice Jamaican Restaurant, I urge you to be cautious. This experience highlighted a lack of accountability and customer service from the restaurant. Ensuring that the items listed are available, or at the very least, handling unavailable items more professionally, would help in providing a more positive customer experience.
In summary, while the food might be appealing, the customer service is lacking, and I found the entire interaction to be distressing and inconvenient. Consider this review a warning about the potential challenges you may face when ordering from them.

This is by far my favorite Jamaican restaurant. The food is so delicious and flavorful because it is cooked with fresh ingredients, spices, and love. It’s also big value meals that will surely fill up the most hungry person. The complimentary soup and salad are so healthy and soothing. Always try to eat here when I’m driving to and from work. Breakfast, lunch, dinners are top-notch.
If it’s your first time, get the GOAT CURRY for the win!!

My girlfriend wanted some Jamaican food. So I ordered from here when I'm picked it up. Send she hated it. She said it was not season like the Caribbean. And it didn't taste like authentic Jamaican food from other Jamaican restaurants. I don't eat Jamaican food. So I take her word from it. Because she is from the Caribbean, but she did not like it. We'll not order from here again and they're. I see for the little bit of food they do give
