I came in the mid-afternoon with a friend. We ordered some drinks. I had an espresso martini. It was sooooo good! I also loved the ambience. We didn’t order food but i would love to come back for some dessert and more espresso martini in the future.

Went there for brunch with a friend. I got an iced chai latte, a chicken empanada and the breakfast burrito. The burrito was more like a mini burrito than a breakfast burrito. The empanada was okay. My friend got a hazelnut latte which she described as average.

Nice place to grab a coffee, wine or a cocktail. Service declined since our last visit. They got my wife's order wrong. The wine they served me was past its prime.

Super cute coffee shop with all kinds of extras. I love the option for both indoor and outdoor seating. Both the outdoor patio and the inside area are cozy and quaint.
There are so many options. If you’re on the go, you can order coffee and pastries at the counter or opt to dine in with full table service.
I chose outdoor seating. My server brought my hazelnut latte out quickly. It was frothy and just slightly sweet - just how I like it! I was waiting for a friend so I took a walk around the indoor gift and flower shop. Ann’s has something for everyone, including a full bar in the back. You can find unique gifts and trinkets in the little shop area. The flowers smell and look amazing!
I ordered a zucchini walnut bread which was a good sized portion, the outer crust was slightly sweeter and the walnuts added a little crunch.
We would’ve liked to order other food items but our server didn’t circle back to our table. We had to flag down the busser to request our check and make payment. Outside of that, it was a great way to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and friendly conversation.

Extremely rude host. Has absolutely no customer service skills what so ever. You can explain the rules of your establishment without raising your voice and tone at paying customers.

In the middle of Las Olas , very cozy and laid back place with a flower shop. The food was tasty and great value for money , the coffee is good but i would not say it’s the best.
I would come back next time i am in FLL.

The staff up front were very knowledgeable and helpful. I will say the hyped up the nitro coffee to be this extra strength bohemoth drink but even with a shot of espresso it was average strength in my opinion. The chocolate croissant was stale and burnt. Not good at all it was thick dough instead of flakey. The empanada was called spicy chicken but it ate more of a curry chicken and wasn't spicy. Love the atmosphere and the set up and walking in you smell the coffee but walking to the back you smell the fresh floral arrangements. Great place and I will be back for a third visit to see if the pastry will be stale again.

Horrible experience- order was to go and cashier had an attitude and was looking down on you. I don’t recommend- Coffee from Dunkin is way better and employees have better attitudes.

If you're in search of an ideal coffee shop that offers a great atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious food, and a selection of alcohol, this is the perfect spot to work on your computer or relax after a long day. I visit about five times a week, and it never lets me down, whether it's during the week or on the weekend. I highly recommend checking out Anne's Florist in Fort Lauderdale to see what all the excitement is about. Be sure to ask for Mila! and have a spicy chicken empanada.

Amazing Coffee and Exceptional Service!
I recently visited Ann’s coffee, and I must say the experience was fantastic. The coffee was simply amazing—rich, flavorful, and perfectly brewed. But what made our visit truly special was Mila. She took the time to answer all of our questions, no matter how crazy they seemed, and made us feel so welcomed. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This place rocks! Beth, the manager is my favorite! She sets the tone for the experience, stops by your table, introduces herself and makes sure you’re ok and being helped!! The view to people watch is the best on Los Olas! The fact that it’s pet friendly is icing on the cake! Did I mention they have the best cappuccino in town!! LFG!!!!
