Excellent food, not what I expected when I saw it was in a strip mall. The restaurant is fairly big, has good service and the food is amazing. Drinks are not watered down. Overall it was a great experience.
Although there are many excellent Italian restaurants throughout the greater Fort Lauderdale area, Anthony's clam House is my favorite. My friends and I have never had anything less than spectacular meals there. I've tried many things from chicken Marsala, chicken franchise, Frutti di Mare to the offf menu shrimp Parmesan
Fantastic classic fare, we had the veal picatta, and the lobster and shrimp risotto. Both were Fantastic. By the bottle wine...a bit over priced. Service was perfect. There did happen to be a large table that was no so respectful. Singing loudly. I get it, good food, fine spirits, just be mindful that others want a nice dinner.
