I'm not even kidding when I say that this is the best Haitian meal I've ever tasted in South Florida. Clay was fantastic; he made us sample the several varieties of rice so we could make a better choice, but they were all so delicious that it was really hard to decide. I highly recommend. ❤️

The employees at belle cuisine were polite and helpful. He even explained all of their entrees and made suggestions. Definitely recommend if you’re interested in a good Haitian cuisine.
