Food is good,but the customer service is a chaotic and BAD. I’ll never go back,they made my order incorrectly and told me they would remake it. Upon arriving they did not honor this,and said it wasn’t policy,mind you I spent $130 dollars there within a 3 day period. Thank you for the good food and bad service

I live out of state and initially visited this restaurant several years ago. It was delicious! Being in the area again, I am glad to have the opportunity to eat Ms. Betty's liver and onions, again, and it was still good! Big ups to the community and local patrons for supporting this business and allowing it to still be in business and thriving! ??

The food was great! The young lady who seated us was really nice. After we got our food the chef checked on us. My husband and I were here for vacation. We always look for a local soul food restaurant when we travel. And Betty’s did not disappoint. We will return the next time we are in town.

First time and last time the meatloaf wasn't made with hamburger meat and was full of bread! The dressing was too sweet! The collard greens was salty sugar and under cooked with large stems the should've took some sugar out the dressing and put it in the pie because the sweet potato pie was cold with no sugar or cinnamon! You try and support black owned and end up getting food that I hope my dog eat it so my money won't got to waste! I'm going to stick with publix for now on I keep getting nasty food from black owned restaurants that supposed to be soul food and this restaurant food is the worst tasting soul food I've ever eaten in my life I would never go there again

My mama sent me here. She raved about the turkey. She was so right. This food right here. This food right here! Cha.... Everything is cooked to order, slow food as it's called. So take ya fast food mindset somewhere else. Sit have some conversation feel the community and enjoy ya self. You will be taken care of.

We ordered 3 meals, cake, and drinks togo. I got a chance to meet Ms. Betty.

Now if you ain't never dined in an Black owned Women owned business there are universal rules of love. Speak when you enter the room, address others with respect and you will also be loved. Step out of line and you will be addressed.

I enjoyed my time in this space and will visit again. I love my people.

I had a fantastic experience at Betty Soulfood today! The food was absolutely delicious, and the flavors were rich and comforting. Our server was incredibly polite, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The warm and welcoming atmosphere only added to the overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Betty Soulfood to anyone looking for great food and excellent service!

The food was superb and delicious. The portions were huge. Couldn't finish had to take home. The food was seasoned and the sides, especially the yams are great!

I bought a slice of coconut cake and it was SO good and I guess that is why it is so costly this cake is to die for

I had the Salmon Croquettes, chicken liver, grits, eggs and fries. It was all delicious! The staff was nice too. I definitely will be back.
