Something happened. This place had the best pizza in Ft. Lauderdale. Seems like they are using a different cheese now which is not good, i assume it's to save money. And on top of the low quality ingredient, they raised their prices. The only good thing now is the staff, they are extremely nice.

As a Queens native, their pizza reminds me of home. They are one of the most authentic ny style pizzas in south florida at decent prices.

Purchased a salad here to have for dinner, drove 30 minutes and put the salad in the refrigerator as soon as I got home. When I finally took it out to eat for dinner about 4 hours later, I noticed an odd smell in the salad which I determined was coming from the cheese.

Since cheese is already aged by nature, I didn’t think much of it. I went ahead and began to eat the salad, but within seconds spit it out because it tasted weird and just “off”.

Now of course, with any dairy product, it needs to be refrigerated, but there is no way this salad/cheese could have gone bad in the 30 minutes that I drove home plus the additional 4 hours IN THE REFRIGERATOR.

I called the restaurant to explain that the cheese smelled/tasted bad and they refused to offer any credit or refund because of the time lapse between when I purchased it and when I called in. They accused me of leaving the salad out, despite me explaining that I was saving it for dinner in the fridge.

I’ve gone here several times before and have ordered the exact same salad before and never had an issue or complaint. They could have handled the situation way better, but instead they chose to point the finger. They’d rather lose a customer than refund a $12 salad.

Not only did this salad leave a bad taste in my mouth, but so did this establishment. Save your money and go elsewhere. Lots of better pizza places.

Only time I’ve ever sent back a slice of pizza which shouldn’t have been a big big deal, right? Everyone makes mistakes and it was a mistake, putting out a piece of pizza that was like water and couldn’t hold itself up Even when folded. I asked for another and it should’ve been fine. Unfortunately the chef chose to refuse to make me another. I sat there for twenty minutes waiting and watching the two men in the back laughing.

I walked up to the counter and the girl working offered to make me a new slice herself. Ok cool. Once again, some reason, though the chef had to intercept her then demand to look at the slice I had brought back up and returned. Finally was clear he wasn’t gonna do anything about it and I walked out and left after 30 minutes or so.

Sad, sad sad losing repeat customer over silly thing like this. Keep the seven bucks guys

Ordered one cheese pizza. I live less than a mile away - a 3 minute drive according to Google maps. When it was late (30 min past estimated delivery time) I called the restaurant and they said, oh the delivery person just left with your order. Another 30 minutes go by… called again, it’s on the way. Two hours since I ordered and it hadn’t arrived. Canceled the order. What a nightmare, last time I order from here.
