The run around is crazy and now I’m forced to add this review! I ordered a simple calzone through Uber Eats on my lunch break for pick up! I’m not in charge of marketing for the company so how would I know that it was delivery only for this location?! I get to the location only to find out I have to go to the 6th st location, which is 20 mins the other direction!!! I called the restaurant and spoke with Missy who called the owner to advise what happened only for them to instruct me to have Uber call them since they accepted the order. Why am I going back and forth for $24 idk but before I go to twitter about this bs I need my $24 refunded.

If your craving a large slice of pizza this is the place!! Top tier taste

THE WORST PEOPLE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I wish I could put 0 stars but then it won’t let me do a review! I work 2 miles down the road and placed an order for delivery BEFORE they opened today at 11am. Unbeknownst to me they work with Uber to make their deliveries and after waiting for an hour I finally call the restaurant. They tell me my order left already but about 15 mins later I receive a call from an Uber driver explaining to me that he was involved a car accident and couldn’t deliver my pizza. I thank him for letting me know, wish him luck, and tell him I want to CANCEL! He proceeds to explain to me that since he’s an Uber driver and doesn’t work for restaurant he can’t cancel but he has been trying to get ahold of the restaurant to let them know the situation. I reiterate everything I said before and hang up with him to call the restaurant back. When the gentleman picks up I proceed to inform him of what’s going on and I tell him I want to cancel and get my bosses money back. He tells me “ANGELA” the store manager will call me. As I write this review I have yet to hear from ANGELA! Paying $60 for 2 pizzas that arrive 2 1/2 hours LATE is without a doubt UNACCEPTABLE! And the DISGUSTING STAFF that runs the place ought to be ashamed of themselves for how they do business! TRASH!

Do not make the mistake of going to or ordering from this place. It has the worst customer service.

I placed an order for my company directly with them, and they decided to send it through Uber. The Uber driver had an accident and was unable to deliver the pizzas. Two hours later, I called them and they told me I had to speak with someone named “Angela” to resolve the situation. This “Angela” apparently does not exist.

I went there in person and they told me I had to contact Uber, even though I never placed my order through Uber. I ordered directly from them. They simply did not want to issue a refund and tried to keep the money without delivering the pizzas.

Worst customer service on the planet. Odered a delivery at 11 am for lunch. Arrived here 2 1/2 hours after I placed the order. Pizza was cold and gross. Would not refund my money. Very rude and nasty people.

I've traveled all over this country for work, and I can confidently say that this is my favorite pizza place to date.

The portions of toppings and cheese are generous. The sauce is 🤌. The density of the crust is consistently firm but also very foldable if you're into eating your pizza like that.

All in all, 10/10. Next time I'm down in that area I'll definitely be stopping by.
