Broward Catering, led by Elvis, is a phenomenal choice for events, providing top-tier service and going above and beyond to meet needs. Ideal for special occasions like weddings, their food is out of this world. The lemon piccata and sweet chili glazed salmon paired with garlic mash and vegetable medley were delicious. Everyone was satisfied with the quality and quantity of food. The servers were professional and courteous. Guests still talk about the meatballs. Although communication wasn’t always there due to high demand, Elvis was the least stressful part of wedding planning. Broward Catering did an absolutely phenomenal job, making every guest and vendor happy with their amazing food, seasoned to perfection. They are the best, and you will not be disappointed.
