Cafe Vico Restaurant serves some of the best Italian food in South Florida. The service is exceptional, with immediate attention from the staff, creating an overall amazing dining experience. Popular dishes include Flounder Piccata over Angel Hair, Snapper Piccata, and lasagna. The happy hour menu features outrageously delicious appetizers, and the warm bread is a great start to any meal. With live music, including an Italian singer and piano player, Cafe Vico is a must-visit destination for Italian food lovers. Many customers praise the wonderful presentation and flavors of the food. The dining area is broken up into smaller rooms which helps keep noise down and create a more intimate atmosphere. The service is attentive and everything runs like a well oiled machine. Glasses are refilled, plates are cleared, dishes arrive perfectly timed. The food is always excellent. They love the chicken ravioli with black cherry sauce, the chicken Milanese, and the chicken rollatini. Eggplant and lasagne are also delicious. Good cocktails are a nice bonus. It is a consistently good experience and a nice place to celebrate special occasions. They will definitely come back for a happy hour in the piano lounge, and have their eye on the private event space for a future milestone celebration. It is a delightful dining experience in this lovely Italian restaurant. They enjoyed cocktails, followed by Caesar salad, warm crusty bread, and then scrumptious lasagne, and gelato desserts. Service was fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly, and on point. They will definitely return when in Ft. Lauderdale. As always, Cafe Vico supersedes all expectations. It's such a welcoming restaurant. The food is always amazing. That's why they keep coming back.
