Unfortunately if you do not speak Spanish you will have a problem ordering from here! My co workers and I ordered steak sandwiches for 15 dollars each the bread was hard the sandwiches were dry the manager Bebe promised to call us to resolve the issue it's been 2 weeks now no call no concern I am very disappointed!!!

Placed an order of crowuetas online and when I went to pick them up it was told that they were out of them and will reimburse me the money in 2 or 3 days. He also ordered Mamey to shake and had a metal Staple inside and all the front lady had to say was sorry.Awful experience. Won't be coming back.Don't go to that place, they have metal clips inside the shakes and online orders, even if they are processed, do not guarantee that the order will be ready when you go to pick it up. The service is horrible.

We ordered a café con leche with almond milk, they messed up the order (as always) and put regular whole milk. I’m lactose intolerant and can’t have this coffee, I spent the time and the money getting there.

I ordered a cafe con leche a cortadito a two tosdada. I was made to wait and wait and wait for this order. Only to be served very stale bread …to make matters worse. When I called I requested to speak with the manager…Vivian who was extremely rude to me. Then proceeded to charge me twice instead of a refund. Horrible customer service… and absolutely unacceptable. These ppl at this bakery do not deserve business or the trust of consumers.

Horrible service mediocre food at best. Not home made. The incompetent lady in the back is on the phone texting and scrolling. For 10 mins and then puts my sandwich in the grill for 30 seconds with her nasty hands and gives me a dirty cold sandwich. And thinks it ok. When I tried to tell the stupid girls in the front the no longer understood English. Never again. Waste of money and time. Only cater to the latins! Snobby ones. Same attitudes in Miami

I ordered 2 platters (One was a 50-piece desert platter and the other a 100-piece desert platter) Totaling close to $100 not including the tip I left because I always tip. I made my order online and everything was fine and went through. When I went in to pick up my order I was told that there is no food available to fullfill my larger order that I placed online. SO you mean to tell me that you can charge my card, and take my order, just for me to come in and be told my order can't be fulfilled? If this is the case then you need to update your website and mark what is (Out of Stock) and not charge customers for something you do not have available. This is a huge inconvenience as I needed this for a party, and now I have to wait 2-3 days for my refund of over $100 that I spent. Ive spent just under $1,000 at this particular CAO but its safe to say I'm never coming back. The employees were also very rude. Unbelievable how awful the service was and that they would charge my card for a product they don't have. If you don't have enough food, then CLOSE.

Horrible Customer Service!! I used their catering service and ordered flan for a party of 12. They took the order and they charged me for the flan plus other items. When I arrive to pick up the items they said oh sorry we ran out of flan. When I asked them why did they not let me know it at the time of the order - And what’s the point of ordering in advance if they are not gonna hold the items for you? The so-called manager said well I guess we didn’t realize it. Then I asked what is the replacement that I can have instead of the flan. She offered me a replacement, but was going to charge me more than the price of the flan. I told her as a courtesy it would’ve been appropriate for her to at least give me something comparable in price. She said there’s nothing she can do about it. Then I asked for the food catering platters I had also ordered. She only bought out three and when I asked for the fourth item she said oh it’s not ready. Can you wait a half an hour while we finish putting it together? I had made my pick up hour very clear, and the items were still not ready. There was no apology, and no effort to compensate for their incompetence and lack of preparedness. I doubt I’ll be using their services again.
