Horrible Customer Service!! I used their catering service and ordered flan for a party of 12. They took the order and they charged me for the flan plus other items. Today I returned and sadly I have to say that we ordered a tequeño and it was raw inside... the coffees were good... and I brought an ecler home and it was super old and very hard... How has that place deteriorated… ? It's a place to relax, have a coffee and a dessert or an empanada.... The attention is quite pleasant and polite… it's very nice ?
