Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Last time I'll come to this location. Cheesesteak was undercooked, and the chocolate milkshake tasted really bad today. Don't know how you mess up a milkshake.

Wanted to try a Charley's, haven't been before. Gotta tell you the food was delicious and fresh! Great service. Pricy depending on what you get, but I'd say worth it.

Girl that was working register decided it was to much for her to do when I asked for a mango lemonade that she lied and said that they didn’t have that at the moment, then I asked for the strawberry kind and she said the same. I start to eat my food and a few minutes later a customer walks in to pick up his food and I see that she’s making him a strawberry lemonade. Then I see her make a mango one for person in drive thru. When I confronted her she says if I want one now she can make it. Just why the hell you have to lie and say u don’t have it at all. Makes no sense!! I can’t stand a liar!!!

I love the food but I’m extremely disappointed at the fact that they close their dining room early. The window display clearly says the dining room closes at 10pm but I’ve been there twice and found they’d closed it early. The second time the doors were locked and it was closed 20 minutes early. That’s terrible customer service.

Great cheese and bacon fries. Very hot with the right amount of sauce and bits for every fry

I only like cheesesteaks with Cheez-Whiz/ equivalent melted cheese sauce. The “Old School” cheesesteak hit the spot! The “regular” size was a little over 7” long, so a great size.

As I waited on order noticed that food areas need to be kept CLEAN!! Food and dropping beneath counters...not appetizing, will not return :(

Parking: Can be confusing for the drive-thru extends into an area that could be potentially dangerous especially at night

Wings tasted great. Service seemed slow. I was in drive-thru. It took a while to get the wings. Not sure if they were being made or not. Service just seemed slow, and there did not appear to be any customers inside. Will be going back. Good wings.

They literally flipped my steak!! Rather go to Palm beach hot chicken down the street much more flavor for your dollar

I tried to order for pickup via the website. It loaded so slowly every time I entered information that it took 10 minutes to enter an order. Then it rejected all my credit cards (I have 800+ credit). I phoned to order and was told they wont take a phone order. Lousy customer service and one less customer!

This place just turned from good to awefull. You now get half the amount of beef that you used to. I would get a large Philly steak. Today the steak amount was cut in half. However, I did I pull right up to the window to pay and right after paying they handed me my aweful Philly steak. I should have known somthing was up. Out of the 20x's I gone that never happens. I used to really enjoy going bi weekly. But now I have to stop..
