My first at Charley's. Great food terrible customer service. I asked to use the bathroom and she said no I just cleaned it. REALLY!!!!!! I placed two orders small Philly everything and regular Philly no mushrooms no green peppers they messed that up too. Thanks tho liked the food not the service. Zero stars for customer

The cheese fries are to die for and as long as you ask for extra sauce on whatever type of sandwich you get they're pretty good too. Not at all the best in the world though.

In this shopping complex most of the restaurants have terrible rude staff- Krispy Kreme, chipotle, wingstop all rude. Thankfully Charleys is great and I’ll be back for sure!
